Orders
How long until my order ships?
Most items are made to order just for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it’s on the way.
How long does shipping take?
Within the U.S., most orders arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, before it goes into production. Email us right away at livingwithlovefb@gmail.com.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes! Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. We never include prices on the packing slip.
Returns & problems
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
We’re so sorry! Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Because each item is made just for you, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Do you have a discount for first orders?
Yes! Join our email list and get 10% off your first order.
Can I use more than one discount code?
